The Fieldays Flyer

Fieldays Flyer
Onboard crew

Step onboard our lovingly restored heritage coaches, hauled by diesel locomotives DC4818 and DBR1254, for a special day out on the Main Trunk Line.

Travel to Fieldays at Mystery Creek, or continue through to Taumarunui for either lunch at Bradley’s Garden or free time in town.

Departing from Waiuku, Glenbrook, Pukekohe and Hamilton, it’s an easy and memorable day out by rail.

Three great ways to travel: head to Fieldays with admission included, enjoy a garden lunch in Taumarunui, or simply take the longer rail journey and explore town at your leisure.
Great scenery, heritage atmosphere, open-air balconies, and a relaxed trip without the driving.
